How long are my One4all Gift Vouchers valid for?
One4all Gift Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of sale, which is stamped on the back of the voucher.
I have unused vouchers which have now expired. What can I do?
We currently offer a replacement service at €2.50 per expired voucher and new vouchers given will be valid for another 18 months.

We are open Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
I have vouchers but there is no date of issue stamped on the back. What can I do?
Please call us on 2576 5000 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with the vouchers in hand so that we can check the serial numbers and guide you to the nearest location to have them stamped.
What voucher amounts are available?
One4all Gift Vouchers are denominated with values of €15 and €20. With these, you can make any gift amount except for €25.

Where can I buy One4all Gift Vouchers?
The vouchers can be purchased from over 125 Selling Agents which include all Fexserv and MaltaPost branches as well as 85+ authorised selling agents in different localities around Malta and Gozo. Find your nearest agent here: https://one4all.mt/selling-agents/

If I order vouchers online, when will they be delivered?
In Malta, vouchers purchased from the website are delivered by courier within 1-2 working days, this increases to 3-4 working days during Christmas time.
In Gozo, vouchers purchased from the website are delivered by MaltaPost Registered Mail.
If I order vouchers online, are there delivery charges?
In Malta, orders with a value of €75 and over will be delivered free of charge. Orders with a value of €70 and under will be delivered against a charge of €4.90
In Gozo, orders are delivered by MaltaPost Registered Mail at a charge of €4.90
Where can I spend my One4all Gift Vouchers?
